Michael O Neil, EVP

Michael has been with the company since its incorporation in 2000. His experience in the organization is extensive, including business planning, finance, vendor management, and operations. Currently, his responsibilities include a direct involvement in account management and business development. Prior to joining Fusion BPO, Michael consulted for logistics and outsourcing companies. He earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.
