Objective
Debt recovery was the main objective of this project. Plus, reduction of costs by streamlining their operations.
Fusion’s US office is registered under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDPCA). The clients hired us to recover debts. 10 agents made up the pilot team. They achieved their target. The satisfactory performance made way for more business from this client.
Challenges
Strategies had to put in place to recover debts from people already inflicted with multiple debts. That was the most challenging part for us.
Achievements
The client was satisfied with the results we offered. It also got them to do business with us in the future. With more responsibility on us, the client is now able to prioritize on his core business matters.
