Done twice or thrice a year, this market research project included the fieldwork of gathering bits and pieces of information from important people dealing with medical equipments or related to hospitals or clinics.

The questionnaires were sometimes exhaustive, dealing extensively with the requirements of the market in the segment of medical equipments. Some also referred to the level of awareness among the respondents about the latest developments in medical technology. The assimilated data, after stringent quality checks, was sent in an MS Excel file to the client.

Challenges: Language was the main challenge in this project because calls had to be made to Japan, China and also to Mongolia.
